Visitor Registration

COVID-19 Precautionary Measures
  • In line with the latest MOH COVID-19 safety measures to safeguard hospital capacity and reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, we will not be accepting ward visitors from 24 Sept 2021 to 23 Oct 2021 (both dates inclusive). Please do not come to the hospital during this period. Exceptions may be granted for patients who are critically ill or require additional caregiver support
  • Visitors approved to visit will need to produce a valid negative ART or PCR test results obtained within the last 24 hours prior to each visit, as administered or supervised by MOH-approved COVID-19 test providers (check http://go.gov.sg/swabproviders). This is a mandatory requirement for all visitors, regardless of vaccination status, except for persons who have recovered from COVID-19 and can present a valid Pre-Event Test (PET) exemption notice
  • Caregivers or visitors are not allowed to eat or drink, sit on patients' beds and use patients' toilets in the wards

Visiting Hours
  • 12 - 2 pm and
  • 5 - 8 pm

Ward visitors are required to:

  • Register on-site at the hospital
  • Complete a health and travel declaration form
  • Use TraceTogether App or token for SafeEntry check-in
  • Ward visitors must bring their own masks and ensure that the mask is worn at all times
  • Sanitise their own hands prior to ward entry
  • Maintain a safe distance of at least 2 metres from others at all times
  • Refrain from communicating and interacting with other patients or visitors in the ward

No access to clinical areas

  • If you are not wearing a mask. Masks will not be provided.
  • If you are having fever, breathlessness, body ache, headache, cough, chills, fatigue, sore throat or runny nose.
  • For children aged 12 and below.
Our patients need to rest and recover.
